In consideration of participation in the Golf Traveller Invitational at Albany, Bahamas on September 23, I agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Golf Traveller, its respective officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns and agents (collectively “Golf Traveller & Sports Travel Group”) from any and all claims, losses or liability for any injury to me or any person or property arising out of, or in any way connected with participation in this Event.

Privacy and Data Protection I further grant my consent and permission to use my name, voice, likeness, photo and any pictures, video, or sound taken of me (collectively “Images’), in whole or in part, during the Event in any and all Golf Traveller promotional and advertising materials or publications on the internet or through any medium throughout the world, including without limitation on Golf Traveller’s social media pages and platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, including without limitation tagging me in such Images, where applicable. I understand and agree that there is no compensation (including without limitation upfront payments, royalties, or licensing fees) in any form for the use of such Images, I agree that I will make no claims or requests, in any form, for any reason, for compensation to Golf Traveller.

I agree that all Images related to the Event become property of Golf Traveller and Golf Traveller may copyright materials containing my Images. You can withdraw your consent given in this Agreement at any time by contacting ciaran.smyth@golftraveller.com. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. For data protection purposes we are the controller of (and responsible for) the personal data. You hereby acknowledge that you understand that Golf Traveller may have limits into shared and reproduced such as that Golf Traveller cannot undo what is already done.

For data protection purposes we are the controller of (and responsible for) the personal data comprising the Images and your contact details. We will: - Ensure that we comply with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of the Images and your contact details. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By ticking the Waiver and Release Agreement box, I hereby warrant that I am over 18 years of age in the Images who is under the age of 18 and I have full power and authority to grant all authorizations and rights conveyed herein.
